Rules

Before going to the cabin, please review these rules and expectations for your stay. If you have any questions, you can use the form located on the "Contact" page or you can send us an email at admin@girmuscabin.com.


  1. Pack it in, Pack it out, Leave No Trace.

Any food and trash you bring with you needs to leave with you. There is a trash facility located by the association office, recycling next to the trash facility. (See "HOA" for additional information).


  1. Bring your own food.

There may be some staple foods on site (such as coffee), but do not expect to have all your meals available to you on arrival. Plan accordingly.


  1. Wash and dry your bedding and towels

There is a washer/dryer. You do not have to re-make the beds, but please wash and dry the bedding and towels you have used before you leave.


  1. Clean up after yourself.

Put away anything you've used, such as dishes and cookware. Take your trash with you. When you leave, it should be as clean as when you got there. If it's not clean when you arrive, please let us know by submitting a comment on the "Contact" page.


  1. Let us know if anything runs out.

There should be essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergent at the cabin. Please let us know if there anything has run out when you leave (see "Supplies").


  1. Please follow the HOA restrictions:

  • No hunting

  • No shooting firearms

  • No fireworks

  • Off-Highway Vehicles are not permitted on the HOA greenbelts (including ATVs, motorbikes, snowmobiles, 4-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 2-wheelers). OHVs operated on the roads must be registered with the HOA and display the required registration plate and flag. See the HOA website for more details.
